new Houston Offices.

Niche Products is pleased to announce the opening of our
new Houston offices at: 10810 Katy
Freeway in Houston, TX. All
aspects of sales, technical support and supply chain management for both U.S.
and Brazilian operations for the Pelagic range of BOP and Subsea Control Fluids
will be handled from these offices.
Brad Jeter of Niche Products stated, “Based on our market
penetration over the last 18 months, we felt the timing was right to expand our
Gulf Coast presence. The
opening of our new offices in Houston is simply a continuation of Niche Products
global strategy of investing in the future. ”

Talisman Energy
adopts Pelagic 100 Subsea Control Fluid across North Sea assets.

Products Ltd has been awarded a five-year contract by Talisman Energy (UK)
Limited for the supply of Pelagic 100 subsea control fluid across its UK North
Sea asset base.
Niche

Niche Products and
Trident Deepwater Solutions form Joint Venture

Niche Products and Trident Deepwater Solutions (local sales
agent) announce the formation of Niche Products LLC in Houston Texas.
From this point forward, Niche Products LLC will assume responsibility for all aspects of
US and Brazilian operations for the Pelagic range of BOP
and Subsea Control Fluids, including local manufacture, marketing, technical
support and sales. Brad Jeter and Mike Mahaney (founders of Trident
Deepwater Solutions) will form an integral part of the management
structure for the new company and it will be very much business as usual in
terms of continuity of customer contact and support.
Group Technical Director Tom McKechnie stated today ‘this
is a proud moment in the evolution of Niche Products and we are very excited
about this new venture. When the company started 9 years ago we were one
small company with a vision, now we are a global multinational player with stand

Pelagic 100 Subsea
Fluid- New Bulk Storage in Aberdeen

Niche Products Ltd is pleased to announce
the commissioning of a 100,000 litre bulk storage silo in Aberdeen for the sole
use of Pelagic 100 Subsea Control Fluid. In
addition, a dedicated road tanker has been commissioned to transport bulk fluid
from our Manchester Facility to Aberdeen. This
road tanker will be used exclusively for the transport of Pelagic 100 and will
help ensure our 100% record of fluid quality and cleanliness.
The company will continue to supply, drums
and IBC’s in Aberdeen but will now also be able to routinely fill bulk IMO
tanks at very short notice.
UK Managing Director Peter Eccles stated
today 'Pelagic 100 is increasingly
seen by customers as ‘ticking all the boxes’ in terms of fluid
compatibility, equipment qualification and long term field experience and this
market status has led to this need to expand our bulk storage facility in
Aberdeen to cope with ever increasing demand'.

Niche Expands Production Capacity
for Gulf of Mexico

Niche
Products is pleased to announce the addition of Pelagic 100 high temperature
water based control fluid to our local US manufacturing capabilities.
Pelagic 100 is the most recent product within the Pelagic range to be
manufactured in the US and joins Pelagic SST umbilical storage fluid and
Pelagic water glycol mixes already available for bulk supply Ex Works Houston.
The
recent delivery of over 28,000 gallons of Pelagic 100 to Aker Solutions for the
Cascade Chinook project was accomplished using locally blended Pelagic 100
Control Fluid and all future bulk deliveries in the region will be supplied via
our Houston facility.
Tom McKechnie of Niche Products stated
today 'With the success we have enjoyed over the last 12 months here in the U.S.
it has become increasingly obvious that to cope with product demand, we would
need to upgrade our local manufacturing capability. As a result, we
accelerated our long term strategic plan to manufacture locally and now have the
ability to produce the full line of Pelagic production control products here in
the U.S. The feedback and support from customers has been very positive
and without a doubt, our ability to produce locally has significantly
strengthened our supply chain for both North and South America'.

Niche Products Expand into Perth

Niche Products has
opened a new stock location in Perth, W. Australia.
Stock of Pelagic 100
Subsea Control Fluid and other products will be held at our new warehouse
facility at Perth Airport from where it can be dispatched Nationally using our
extensive transport network.
Stock destined for
Australia was previously held at our Singapore warehouse and while this service
will still be available as a back-up, we are delighted to be in a position to
offer customers a local supply route.

Team Niche
Slide out of the competition

'Team Niche'
(sponsored by Niche Products) continued their quest on ITV1 to become Torville
and Dean's Ice Star but unfortunately did not make it to the final which will be
screened next Sunday 22nd March.
The team were upbeat
about not making it through and the general consensus was that it was a lot of
fun and no one expected to make it as far as the semi-final.
The team also enjoyed
the experience of being on the TV show and also meeting Torville and Dean and
are now looking for a new challenge........

Team Niche
Make it to the last 20!

'Team Niche'
(sponsored by Niche Products) performed on ITV1 last Sunday 1st March for the
chance to become Torville and Deans Ice Star.
Up for grabs this week
was a place in the final 20 acts within the UK as the competition intensifies
from the original 200+ acts.
'Team Niche' was successfully
voted through to the last 20 acts by Torville
and Dean and is now set for a repeat performance on
ITV1 in the next few weeks as the competition gets ever tighter.

Team Niche is based at Dundee Ice Arena and is a
large group of 16 skaters all of varying levels of ability who are basically out
to have a good laugh and to enjoy the experience.
The Ice Star
competition is part of the Dancing on Ice Skate Off each Sunday night at 9.15pm
on ITV1 and the winner of Ice Star gets to perform live in the Dancing on Ice
final show.

will get through to the last 4.....

Ray Pickens Joins Forces with
Trident Deepwater Solutions and Niche Products

Tom McKechnie of Niche products announced today that Ray
Pickens has joined Brad Jeter and Mike Mahaney at Trident Deepwater Solutions.
Ray has over 30 years experience in the Subsea Industry, including Drilling and
Production Control. Both Brad and
Mike spent a combined 25 years working with Ray in the BOP and production
controls market.
Under Ray Pickens leadership, W. Canning emerged as the market leader for
control fluids in many areas including Gulf of Mexico,
North Sea, West Africa and Brazil. Beginning
in the early 90's Ray travelled extensively to Brazil and was instrumental in
achieving approvals with Petrobras for control fluids.
Brad Jeter stated "Both Mike and I are very excited to be working with Ray
again. Ray Pickens opens
numerous doors and he will provide us with guidance and experience unmatched in
our industry."

Mike Mahaney Joins Niche Family

Mike Mahaney, former Director of Sales for MacDermid Offshore Solutions, has joined the Niche Products family of subsea fluid experts.
Mike has more than 14 years experience within the Offshore industry including 11 years experience with subsea BOP and Production Control Fluids on a global basis including key geographical areas such as USA, Brazil, Norway, UK, W.Africa and SE Asia.
Mike will be based at the Trident Deepwater Solutions local Houston office from 3rd November 2008 and will become part of the truly impressive knowledge base offered by Niche Products who boast >150 years combined industry experience among the top 10 experts alone.

Team Niche
Hits the Ice

Niche Products is
sponsoring Ice skating group 'Team Niche' for the upcoming trials for ITV's
Dancing on Ice 'make me a star'. The group are based at Dundee Ice Arena
and entered the competition by sending in a video in early 2008.
 The team have now been
selected to audition at Blackburn Ice Arena on the 4th November and if
successful, the next stage is to audition in front of Torville and Dean in
December 08. The winner of the Dancing on Ice 'Make me a Star' will ultimately
perform live in the celebrity Dancing on ice final in 2009.
Team Niche consists of
16 skaters varying in age from 22 to 71 and make for an unusual
grouping. A few of the skaters are at competition level but most of the
team are recreational skaters with no real illusions of being anything else and
all of the team are simply out to have a good laugh and try not to take life too
seriously.
Team Niche will be
performing Michael Jackson's Thriller in line with the Halloween theme and
are performing at the Dundee Ice Arena's Halloween party night on the 31st
October as a dry run before the auditions.

will get through to the next stage of the competition........

has joined forces with Niche Products to market the company's range of hydraulic
fluids across USA, Mexico and South America.
Brad has many years experience in the
water based hydraulic fluids market, offering Niche an exciting opportunity to
grow its market share across these geographical areas.
Tom McKechnie, Managing Director of

UK Patent Granted on Pelagic GZ
Water Based Fluids

Niche Products are proud to announce
that UK national patent GB402517.7, the scope of which protects Pelagic GZ Water
Based Fluids, has been accepted for grant. This patent will be officially published
by the UK Patent Office on 13th December 2006.
In addition to the UK National granted
application, Niche Products also has patents pending on this technology in
Australia, USA and Norway combined with a further pending application in the UK.
Niche Products developed Pelagic GZ
technology in 2003 when rigs drilling for oil in the Barents Sea were required
by environmental legislation to use a Green Zone/ PLONOR hydraulic fluid.
Niche Products was the only company at the time to successfully develop a
suitable BOP Fluid for this purpose and Pelagic GZ BOP Fluid has now been used in the
Barents Sea & South of Norway for several years.
